If all CPM data is lost or destroyed, I will resurrect the data and the CPM schedule without it. 
 
I will not reveal my methods without an additional payment equal to the Resurrection Fee and an appropriate confidentiality agreement/ protective order.
 
The level of difficulty depends on a variety of factors and is determined based on my assessment under the totality of the circumstances.
 
You will receive one (1) fully operational resurrected CPM schedule construced from the resurrected data.
