Significant published work includes: Rocamar Engineering Services, Inc., B-406514, June 20, 2012 (successfully sued the United States Department of State for failure to follow proper procurement procedures for a project in Columbia, South America), Fiore Industries, Inc, B-414197, March 17, 2017 (successfully intervened on behalf of the awardee for the position that the United States Air Force had followed proper procurement procedure for the purchase of preventative maintenance and testing services for two B-2 aircraft at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma), and SSI Technology, Inc., B-417917, December 4, 2019 (successfully intervened on behalf of sole source awardee for the position that the United States Army had followed proper procurement procedure for the sole source purchase of auxiliary power units due to unusual and compelling urgency.
